The mock trial of former officials of the Jamahiriya resumed in the Da’esh-controlled Tripoli Court of Appeals today.

Most defense attorneys were absent.  The majority of prisoners have no legal counsel.

No witnesses have been able to testify for fear of assassination or imprisonment.

Saif Gaddafi’s continued absence was not addressed. Neither were the terms of his sentencing discussed.

Da’esh judges stated today was the final day defense teams (absent or non-existent) had the opportunity to present their closing arguments on behalf of the accused.

  1. That is the same thing they did with Saddam Husein. The witnesses were brought from nowhere and accused him of incredible crimes. He was provably a bad guy but compared with these criminal Judaic circumcised monsters who run the entire world and have committed more crimes than all the bunch combined, he would look like Mother Teresa.
